Japanese paper earrings - Tsuki Collection

These earrings are entirely handmade in our workshop near Lyon.
Attached beneath the silver-plated brass hook are two silver sequins and two pretty moons made of Japanese Washi Chiyogami paper. The name of this collection, "Tsuki," means "moon" in Japanese.

Japanese paper is coated with a layer of resin which initially hardens the paper but also provides protection against external elements such as rain, sun and UV rays.
All materials are guaranteed to be free of nickel, lead, and cadmium .

For unpierced ears , we offer free replacement of the clasp with a brass and silicone attachment: it attaches well to the earlobe and without pain (see last photo).
