Which carriers do you work with?

In France, with La Poste for home delivery (Lettre suivi or Colissimo) or with Mondial Relay for delivery to a relay point.

Abroad, only with La Poste for home delivery.


How much are the shipping costs?

In France, from €2.99 to €6.99
Abroad, from €6.99 to €63

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders in the order they are received.

The creation and preparation time for an order in our workshop varies from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the time required to produce the item(s). Please take this timeframe into account when placing your order.

If you need it sooner, contact us so we can do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.

Then there are the delivery times, which are beyond our control , but according to information provided by the carriers, they vary from:
- 3 to 5 days for a tracked letter (La Poste)
- 48 to 72 hours for a Colissimo (La Poste) delivery
- 5 to 7 days for Mondial Relay

Please take these factors into account when choosing your carrier at the time of ordering.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we ship our products to Europe, French overseas territories, and the rest of the world. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Are there one or more ways to avoid shipping costs?

There are three possibilities :

  • Collect your order for free from our workshop in Beaujolais (this option is available in your shopping cart when placing your order).
  • Collect your order for free from our shared designer boutique in Lyon 2nd arrondissement (this option is available in your shopping cart when placing your order).
  • In France, place an order over €69 for which shipping is free.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and link, corresponding to the carrier chosen when placing the order.

This will allow you to track your order's delivery to your home.

All orders, without exception, have a tracking number regardless of the delivery method or carrier chosen.

Can I return a product after receiving it?

Absolutely, if you no longer like it, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days To return one or more products after receipt. Please note that no returns will be possible for any orders that are personalized or "made to measure" .

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. You must ensure that the items arrive undamaged. Any merchandise arriving damaged, chipped, or broken will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility . We strongly advise you to choose a tracked return method (at least "Lettre suivi" or "Colissimo") to ensure that we receive your package.

Refunds for products will only be possible after the items have been received at our premises in good condition.

Please send your return request by email to: contact@dixjanvier.fr within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the order.

Payment

Payments on our website are made securely, either by credit card via the "Shopify" payment module, or by Paypal .

The products

The product is out of stock, what should I do?

Product availability is indicated on the product page. If an item is out of stock, please email us and depending on the model, we will see if it is possible to recreate one for you upon request.

I don't have pierced ears, do you make clip-on earrings?

Good news for those with unpierced ears! Most styles are adaptable. Almost all earrings are available for unpierced ears thanks to clip-on findings that attach to the earlobe.

This option is indicated and is available on each product page when adding the product to the cart.

Do you make personalized or custom-made products?

Yes! And with great pleasure.

Write to us and present your idea, including photos and dimensions if possible. All the information you provide will help us better guide you in creating the product!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We do offer gift cards in several amounts to choose from, ranging from €25 to €150.

The "January 10th" gift card is a 100% digital card in the value of your choice. Once ordered, you will instantly receive it by email with the code to use on the website.
You can then print it out and give it to the lucky person!

To place an order, you do not need to create a customer account. You can create one if you wish, but it is not mandatory!

Once you have finished shopping, payment is simple and secure.

You can always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "Cart" button in the top right corner of any page.

Once you have reviewed the contents of your cart, you can always adjust the quantities in your cart by changing the number.

Do you have a loyalty program or promotions?

There is no loyalty program on the site yet, but it's a feature we plan to develop in the future, so stay tuned!
