Origami earrings - Couple of doves

These earrings are entirely handmade in our workshop near Lyon.
Attached beneath the silver-plated brass hook are two pretty origami doves or hummingbirds, handmade from Japanese Washi Chiyogami paper.

All the earrings we make are protected with two coats of special jewelry varnish . This firstly hardens the paper (giving it a leather effect) but also protects it from external elements such as rain, sun and UV rays.
All materials guaranteed to be free of nickel, lead, cadmium .

For unpierced ears , we offer free replacement of the clasp with a brass and silicone attachment: it attaches well to the earlobe and without pain (see last photo).
